Local analysis
Imported datasets, transformations, analysis results, reports, receipts, and reproducibility files are processed and stored on the computer running Collabysis. They leave that computer only when the user exports, shares, or sends them.
License state and user-provided API keys are stored in private local configuration. They are not included in ordinary data exports or release packages.
A trial request or purchase can create a record containing the licensee email, key identifier, tier, term, permitted device count, and purchase status. After a key is entered, a user-started licensed action may download the public signed revocation list at most once in 24 hours. That request sends no license key, key identifier, or licensee email. The site host receives the standard connection information needed to return the two public files.
The controller for that licensing record is Albaraa Mesawi, a freelance software engineer and data analyst registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, trading as Collabysis. The record is used only to issue, deliver, support, and revoke keys, is shared only with a payment provider named at purchase and as the law requires, and is kept for the key term plus the period that commercial and tax record-keeping rules require. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, subject to that retention, at al@collabysis.com. The licensor processes the record under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and, where it applies to you, the data protection law of your country, including the GDPR and the UK GDPR.
